The goal of this blog is to try to create a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. I am a wife, a mother, and I want to be around and in the best shape possible to enjoy both of those aspects of my life. There are going to be workouts, food recipes, and motivation and inspiration from websites, quotes, personal thoughts, etc. to encourage myself and other readers. I am your average-kinda gal which means staying healthy ain’t always the easiest thing to do, but I do try…most days. I know I am never going to be a supermodel and I will always have a stockier build and have the boobs and ass to match it. But I admit, I have my moments, which are more often then not, days where I eat junk food…a lot of junk food
I want to inspire what I like to call Healthy Confidence. Now I am confident in myself and my abilities, and my looks, but to be healthy confident is to take that confidence and inspire myself and others to be healthy too. This could be something as little as parking in the farthest spot away from the grocery store just to walk more or as big as doing an hour long workout at the gym,but the confidence is that no matter how little or big it is, it’s something and remembering that is what matters. No matter what shape or size you are, just be you and be beautiful just the way you are, and give yourself a healthy confidence.
