So the newest workout I am trying is the Nike+ Running. This is through an app ran by Nike and comes complete with a coaching section.

This app is pretty motivational and does help to keep you going and keep working on your running goal. Currently, mine is set at beginner for a 5k (3.1 miles). It gives you what to do each day for 8 weeks. It keeps it slow moving so as to avoid injury and to keep you from over working.

The downfall is that it continuously keeps moving forward even if you get sick and shouldn’t be working out. I felt like I got ran over by a truck and I had no way to recalibrate it.

Otherwise, it’s great especially if you have a hard time with motivating yourself!

This is made upon my own accord and have not been asked, paid, or anything by Nike. It is just my personal experience!
